Kim Horn, our General Manager, has worked in the senior living industry since October 2018. Kim comes to us with leadership experience in the education and IT sectors, however she also has experience in caring for family members with dementia. Kim mostly enjoys getting to know the residents, family members and team members at The Monarch, with a desire to serve in a meaningful way. “I am blessed and inspired by their hearts, conversations, wisdom and love.” says Kim. “Our team members’ servant hearts and their love for our residents humble me.”
